Products from the following manufacturers you must complete our online RMA form except where detailed below'

XFX:
We sell XFX graphics cards with a 2 year RTB warranty for replacements.

TRUST:
Warranty is 1 year RTB for replacements.

TAURUS:
We sell Taurus power supplies with a 1 year RTB warranty for replacements.

Saitek:
All products have a 2 year warranty.
Saitek will repair or replace faulty products – no refunds are given
Returns during the 1st year – please contact HawksonPC directly.

Net-Lynx:
Warranty is 1 years RTB for replacements.

Microsoft:
Microsoft OEM Hardware -1 Year Return to Base for Replacement.
Microsoft Retail Software Product is sold on a non returnable basis

Kingston:
Kingston Memory is sold with a lifetime memory. Click here to contact us.

Intel:
Warranty for Retail CPU's is 3 year RTB for replacements. Warranty for OEM products is 1 year RTB for replacements. We must validate that it is a retail CPU before accepting the return. Go to http://processorfinder.intel.com/scripts/default.asp and type in the 5 digit number that can either be found on the CPU or it will be the last 5 digits of the Intel product code.

Gigabyte:
Gigabyte warranty is 3 years and 1 year RTB followed by 2 year return to Gigabyte. When returning directly to HawksonPC please ensure when sending motherboard's back you only send the board back and not any extra components.

Gainward VGA Products:
HawksonPC offers a 3 year RTB warranty on both GAINWARD ATI and NVIDIA products. Replacements will be issued within 10 working days of receiving the products back. If a replacement is no longer available then a credit will be offered at current market pricing. Please return all faulty cards back to HawksonPC. 3 years warranty - return to base.

Energy Sistem/Soyntec:
3 year warranty on all products.

Foxconn:
Warranty for motherboards is 1 year RTB followed by a further 2 years direct with manufacturer.
Please ensure when sending motherboard's back you only send the board back and not any extra components. HawksonPC aim to send all replacement products out within 10 days of receipt of your RMA.

Funkwerk:
Warranty is 12 months RTM direct with HawksonPC.

ECS:
The warranty is 1 year from the time of purchase with HawksonPC.
All RMA’s have a turnaround time of 10 days.

DFI:
DFI offers a 2 year warranty.
The first year is held directly with HawksonPC. – Please ensure when sending motherboard's back you only send the board back and not any extra components.
For RMAs during the second year, customers must email marisa@dfi.com.tw.
HawksonPC will turn RMAs around within 10-12 working days.

BT:
Warranty is 1 year RTB with us for replacements.

AMD:
Standard warranty is 1 year RTB. All CPU's HawksonPC supplies come with a tracking label to validate the warranty. If no label is present the CPU will be returned.

Abit:
HawksonPC offers 1 year Warranty and ABIT offers the 2nd year warranty direct on all products. All RMA products must be sent direct to HawksonPC. Please ensure when sending motherboard's back you only send the board back and not any extra components. Faulty products will be repaired with a turn around time of 10 working days. For second year returns direct to ABIT contact via email at RMA@u-abit.eu.

Acer:
Please note that the DOA period for all Extensa models is 5 days from the point of sale.

AMW:
Warranty period – all 3 years on site for monitors
End user must contact AMW by phone – 0871 231 3043
UK on site swap – 30 day DOA period (swap for new) and thereafter up to three years swap for same age or newer (for off shore (Ireland/Isle of Man etc.) it is RTB)
Please ensure you report in with correct documentation by 1pm to give best chance of a next working day swap.

Belkin:
Warranty is held with Belkin direct; Please contact them on – 01933 352000

Bullguard:
Bullguard Software Is sold on a non returnable basis, any problems will be dealt with by Bullguard directly. Please contact them on support@bullguard.com, you will be contacted within 1 hour after submitting your email.

Cibox LCD:
Cibox LCD’s come with a 3 year on site warranty for main land UK.

Edge 10:
3 year warranty on all units.
If there is a problem within 30 days Edge 10 will issue a new unit, after 30 days a replacement unit of the same age or newer will be issued.

Call before 1pm for a 24 hour turn around, for calls made after 1pm please expect a 48 hour turn around.

Hannsg:
Warranty is held direct with Hannsg. Please call Repair Tech on 0871 855 2425 / 0871 855 2424 or email www.hannsg@repairtech.co.uk.
HannsG monitor – 3 year onsite swap in 24/48 hours.
Hannspree TV – 2 year pick up, repair and return in 1 to 2 weeks.

HP:
Warranty is held direct with HP, please contact them on 0870 842 2339.

Kaspersky:
Kaspersky Software is sold on a non returnable basis, any problems will be dealt with by Kaspersky directly. Please contact them on +44 0871 789 1635 or support@kasperskylab.co.uk

LG:
Warranty is held directly with LG. CRT customers must contact 01234 344206; LCD customers must contact 0870 0131035.

MAXDATA:
Warranty is direct with Max Data. Customers can contact them on 01344 788920.

Netgear:
Warranties range from 1 year RTB for replacements up to 5 years for certain products. The warranty is held with Netgear direct, please call 0844 875 4000 .

• Soyntec/ Energy System will replace faulty products within one month during the three year warranty period.

Warranty is 1 year RTB for XPC Bare Bone units for repair
Shuttle accessories are 1 year RTB for replacement

TARGUS: LIFETIME WARRANTY ON NOTEBOOK CARRYING CASES:
Targus warrants to the original purchaser that its cases are free from defect in materials and workmanship. If the product is defective in materials or workmanship, Targus repair or replace it without charge. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration and excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
If you need to have your case repaired or replaced, or if you simply need a new strap, handle or divider, please call the customer service department at +44 (0) 207 744 0330. WARRANTY ON ALL ACCESSORIES: Targus warrants their accessories, unless otherwise stated, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years. If your Targus accessory is found to be defective within that time, Targus will repair or replace your accessory.
ON ALL OF THE ACCESSORIES THE FOLLOWING DISCLAIMER APPLIES:
This warranty does not cover damage from everyday wear and tear or from transportation by a common carrier. Under no conditions is Targus liable for any of the following: loss or damage to a computer; loss of or damage to programs, records or data; and consequential or incidental damages, even if Targus is informed of their possibility. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
